Kyle Lepper, AIA.

Kyle Lepper is a highly accomplished architect with a proven track record of success in the industry with over 12 years of professional experience following his time at the University of Idaho where he received his Bachelor's of Architecture. He has demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of architectural fields including civic, commercial, education, healthcare, industrial, master planning, mixed-use, residential, and retail projects.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked on numerous private and public projects, showcasing his versatility and ability to adapt to different environments and design requirements. In 2017, he founded LPR Architecture, and in 2023 he expanded LPR by opening a new office located in Richland, WA, further expanding the firm's reach. As the driving force behind LPR Architecture, Kyle ensures that every project is executed with the upmost precision and creativity, meeting the unique needs and aspirations of clients.

Kyle is an active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and serves as the Political Advisor for the AIA Central Washington Chapter as well as the Director of the AIA Washington Counsel, where he contributes to shaping and advancing architectural policies and practices. His involvement in this organization combines with his ability to seamlessly blend innovation, functionality, and sustainability sets him apart, ensuring that each project he undertakes leaves a lasting impression.

Beyond his professional involvements, Kyle spends his free time on the golf course where he enjoys spending time outdoors. He also values spending time with his family and finding a healthy balance between his work life and life outside of work.
